Ken Greenberg serves on several boards of non-profit organizations including the International Center of Religion and Diplomacy (ICRD), a Washington DC-based organization dedicated to bringing international diplomatic and religious leaders for peace making and reconciliation.
Ken Greenberg also serves as the Senior Assistant to The President of Central Florida Investments/Westgate Resorts. In his role, he is the co-founder of the Affinity Marketing Program which includes the roll-out of church based discount vacation programs and the implementation of the Westgate Affinity Partners Program whereby churches are afforded the opportunity to purchase goods and services at tremendous cost savings. Mr. Greenberg serves as the Senior Manager of Westgate’s Barter Department.
Prior to joining Westgate, Ken Greenberg served as a Vice President for Indymac Bank with the responsibility of managing the State of Florida for this large national lender. Mr. Greenberg also served as the Vice President of National Sales for Peninsula Mortgage Banking Corporation, based in Miami, Florida and with offices in Kansas City, Missouri. He was also the President and CEO of GreenGold Consulting Corp., a Florida based business consulting firm specializing in turn-around consulting and next level growth consulting. Mr. Greenberg possesses an extensive executive management background with a record of achievement in the development of profitable enterprises, formulating and implementing Financial, Sales and Marketing. Administrative and Strategic plans. He wrote and established complex Franchise Agreements and Operations Manuals frequently used as models by other entrepreneurial organizations. He has been active in procuring capitalization to fund acquisitions, business growth and required construction and expansion projects. Additionally, Mr. Greenberg has hands on expertise in real estate, site selection, property management and general construction.
Prior to founding GreenGold, Mr. Greenberg served as President and COO of the Americlean Companies, Miami Florida, which he grew into one of the largest retail dry-cleaning chains in the Southeast. Americlean grew from a single location to 52 company owned locations owned and 17 franchised/licensed locations within a three year period. He was the President and Managing Director of Sun Business Group; Miami, Florida where he established and developed a highly respected, successful Real Estate and Business Brokerage firm, encompassing mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, appraisals, real estate investments, and the raising of operating capital. Mr. Greenberg has been involved as a senior level executive with several other firms including: Central Florida Investments, Orlando Florida, a long established diverse company with annual revenue in excess of $900 million largely from the timeshare resort industry; Far East Ventures, a company with offices in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Miami, Florida with the expressed purpose of developing a trading and joint venture company between U.S. and Chinese Companies; Interiors, Inc./Italia Collection, Inc., New York and Florida, a publicly traded company engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of ceramic vases and bowls, sculpture, lamps, fine antique reproduction, picture frames and mirrors; and Safe Alternative Corporation of America, Inc., Ridgefield, CT, a publicly traded company which developed and marketed a line of safe biodegradable, water washable paint strippers for commercial, industrial and retail consumers.
Mr. Greenberg earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida, is a CBI (Certified Business Intermediary) and holds a State of Florida, Real Estate Broker’s License.
